WATCH: Bridge connects 10,000 villagers in Kashmir

Srinagar:The construction of a bridge in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district has brought joy to around 10,000 villagers.

Constructed under the Jhelum Tawi Flood Recovery Project, the JKERA said the bridge will benefit the villages of Kaliban, Sheeri, Fathegarh, Latifabad, Chandoosa, Galibal and Hevan.

“#communities in remote #kaliban and adjoining #villages of #Baramulla #District express gratitude over #completion of ₹2.64 Cr. #Kaliban Bridge by Jkera.jtfrp under the #WorldBank funded #jtfrp (Jhelum Tawi Flood Recovery Project).The #Bridge provides #all weather #connectivity to around 10,000 people in the villages of Kaliban, Sheeri, Fathegarh, Latifabad, Chandoosa, Galibal, Hevan, etc (sic),” JKERA said in a Facebook post.
