SOPORE, NOVEMBER 7: Sopore Law College organized a vibrant Farewell-Cum-Freshers Party, filled with cultural performances and heartfelt speeches, marking an important occasion for both outgoing and incoming students. The event saw the active participation of students, faculty, and distinguished guests.
The ceremony was graced by the esteemed management team of Sopore Law College, including Tamkeena Bacha and Javid Bhat, who attended as the chief guests. The Principal of the Law College, Isaac, was the Guest of Honor.
The event featured a variety of cultural programs such as a soulful welcome song, traditional Kashmiri Rouf dance, captivating poetry readings, and an electrifying qawwali performance.
In his speech, Principal Isaac extended his congratulations to the outgoing semester students, appreciating their hard work and dedication. He also warmly welcomed the new batch of freshers, offering them valuable words of wisdom as they embark on their academic journey at the college.
While talking to media, Ulfat Jan, Administrative Officer of Sopore Law College, also shared her best wishes with the outgoing students and conveyed an important message to the freshers. “I encourage all freshers to uphold the rules and regulations of the college, as they are crucial for their academic success and overall development,” she said.
The event concluded on a joyful note with the felicitation of quiz competition winners, who were presented with awards. In a gesture of gratitude, the outgoing students also honored their teachers by presenting them with gifts.
