Scope of Work
The Credit Analyst will be responsible for the following:
Analysis of financial statements, conducting due diligence, and appraisal of various credit proposals.
Analysis of current industry market trends and macroeconomic indicators for contribution to effective credit decisions.
Recommendation of the proposals to various sanctioning committees and framing of terms and conditions and covenants of the credit proposals.
Any other work, in the area of expertise and the interest of the Bank as advised by the Bank from time to time.
Age Limit
The candidate should not be more than 35 years old as of April 30, 2022.
Educational Qualification
The candidate must hold a graduation degree in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks along with an MBA / PGDBM/ PGDM (2/3 year program)/ Post Graduate degree in Commerce/ Science/ Economics OR C.A./ ICWA from a recognized educational Institution in India / overseas.
Experience
At least 4 years of post-qualification experience in operational departments, viz. appraisal of loan proposals, etc., in any Bank / Non-Banking Financial Company.
The candidate should have computer knowledge, especially having good skills in MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Should possess excellent presentation/communication – verbal and written skills.
Experience in Securitization will be an added advantage for the candidates.
Remuneration
The remuneration would be market-linked compensation. The same shall not be a limiting factor for the right candidate and will be on a case-to-case basis.
Period of Contract
The term of the contract would initially be for three years, extendable, at the sole discretion of the Bank, for a further period of up to two years. The contract can be terminated at one month’s notice on either side or salary and allowances (if any) in lieu thereof.
Selection Procedure
Selection would be by way of a shortlisting and Personal Interview to be held online on a suitable date (to be informed in due course) before the Selection Committee. The Bank will undertake a preliminary screening of the applications for preparing, if necessary, to prepare a shortlist of eligible candidates to be called for an interview. Thus, merely fulfilling the requirements laid down in the advertisement would not automatically entitle any candidate to be called for an interview. The decision of the bank to call the candidates for the interview shall be final. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
Merit List:
Merit lists for selection will be prepared in descending order based on scores obtained in interviews only. In case more than one candidates core the cut-off marks(common marks at cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order, in the merit.
Wait List:
SIDBI reserves the right to draw waitlists of candidates in different Grades and consider such wait-listed candidate(s) for meeting the actual requirement.
