SRINAGAR, JULY 17: In a significant move towards addressing the ongoing issues and future development plans of Jammu and Kashmir, G M Shaheen met with key Cabinet Ministers and Rajya Sabha members in Delhi. The discussions focused on the current situation in Jammu and Kashmir, exploring various facets of governance, security, and development.
During the meeting, G M Shaheen emphasized the importance of a comprehensive approach to ensure stability and progress in the region. The dialogue covered a wide range of topics, including economic development, infrastructure projects, security concerns, and the socio-political landscape of Jammu and Kashmir.
G M Shaheen stated, “Our discussions were fruitful and we are committed to working together to create a peaceful and prosperous Jammu and Kashmir. The collective efforts of the government , local leaders and Islamic Scholars will pave the way for a brighter future for the region.
“The meeting concluded with a mutual agreement to continue collaborative efforts and maintain open communication channels to address the challenges faced by Jammu and Kashmir.
