Srinagar, Apr 13: Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation (JKLF) Muhammad Yasin Malik castigated the ongoing genocide of Kashmiris and ugly politics being played over innocent Asifa’s blood.
Malik in a statement said that the blood of Kashmiris has been turned into a cheap commodity and from Shupian to Kulgam and Sonawari to Handwara, Kashmiri blood is being spilled over on roads by Indian bullets and pellets with impunity.
He said that on daily basis Kashmiri young boys are being killed and blinded ruthlessly but instead of some remorse on it, pro-India politicians, Indian army, forces and police are seen busy in putting blame on those killed and blinded.
“Someone asks that had those killed gone to buy sweats and milk and someone else asks our young and old to save themselves from the wrath of bullets and pellets as these have a trajectory and are unable to differentiate between good and bad. We want to ask them, that why does these Indian bullets always hit Kashmiri heads, eyes and chests and why is it so that their pellets always pierce through eyes and blind our daughters and sons. Is this direct firing and hit to kill also part of some SOP?,” he added.
Malik said that those who have choked every little space on peaceful politics, who incarcerate political activists under black laws, who use military and police might to suppress peoples voices should also introspect their deeds and instead of putting blame on the victims try to have some regret on human loss.
Terming the Rape and murder of innocent Asifa by chauvinists’ and protest by pro-India fringe including some sitting ministers, Member assembly and party office bearers, a group of lawyers (liars) and some civil society members of Jammu, in favor of the rapists and murderers as most shameful and heinous, Malik said that the rape and murder of a eight year old innocent in a temple and protest in favor of killers and rapists has actually devised a new chapter in criminal history of the world in which killers and rapists are being supported by unfurling the flag of a nation and by raising the name of their god known as Lord Rama.
“Where is humanity and where has human instincts perished? Is this that religion teaches us and is this what we call as civilization and modernity,” asked Malik.
Calling for a stern punishment for killers and rapists of innocent Kathua girl, Malik said that people who have and are trying to communalize such crimes should feel some shame and for their inhuman behavior.
