PM Modi has once again topped the list of the world’s most popular leaders according to a US-based global leader approval tracker Morning Consult.
This time PM Modi has received an approved rating of 76 percent making him stand tall among various global leaders. Following PM Modi is Swiss President Alain Berset and Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador with 64 pc and 61 pc ratings respectively.
US President Joe Biden, UK PM Sunak, and Canadian PM Justin Trudeau were way behind with 40 pc, 27 pc, and 37 pc approval ratings respectively. Morning Consult is a global decision intelligence company delivering insights and custom market research.
The company relies on real-time polling data on political elections, elected officials, and voting issues to conduct surveys. Over 20,000 adult interviews are conducted every day by the research company across the globe. In Early 2023, PM Modi topped Morning Consult’s survey with an approval rating of 77 percent.
The ‘undefeated champ’ PM Modi has been consistently topping the list over the last few years. Among the top 10 leaders on the list, Canada’s Justin Trudeau has the highest disapproval rating at 58 percent.
