Srinagar, July 15: Chairman Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) Yasin Malik was once again arrested on Sunday by police when he was returning home from south Kashmir where he had gone to expresses condolences to some bereaved families.
“Yasin sahib along with vice chairman Mushtaq Ajmal and zonal organizer Bashir Ahmad Kashmiri have been lodged at police station Sangam now,” a JKLF spokesperson said.
“He was released on Saturday after 10 days of incarceration and today has been again detained by police. JKLF strongly condemns this arrest,” the spokesperson added.
Earlier in the day, Malik had reached to the Hawoora village Kulgam district to offer condolences to the families of three civilians killed on July 7, 2018.
