Srinagar, March 30: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today visited Sharma Niwas to express condolences for the passing away of Roshan Lal Sharma.
Sinha drove to Abi Guzar near Lalchowk and expressed his heartfelt condolences on the demise of Roshan Lal Sharma.
