Kupwara Police Return Recovered Stolen and Lost Mobile Phones to Owners

In a unique initiative, Kupwara District Police launched a public-friendly operation to recover lost and stolen mobile phones and return them to their rightful owners. The police worked through all pending complaints, recovering phones stolen or lost as far back as 2022 from across the Union Territory and even from other states like Haryana.

Today, 14 such recovered phones were handed over to their owners at the District Police Office (DPO). The owners expressed their gratitude for getting back their phones, which they had purchased with their hard-earned money.

Kupwara Police encourages the public to consider the police as their friends and to approach them with any issues for prompt resolution.
