Srinagar: Two Kashmiri pilgrims have passed away after performing Umrah.
The Jammu Kashmir Association of Hajj Umrah Companies (JKAHUC) said Misra Banoo (61 yrs) w/o Abdul Rashid Mir r/o Amir-Ahad, Tral, Pulwama breathed her last while on her return to home from Umrah .
“She had a severe heart attack in flight from Jeddah to Delhi, Air crew had
tried enough to save her and had even opted for emergency landing at
Jodhpur, but Allah has something else in store for Her . May Allah accept
her Umrah , May Allah grant her Highest place in Jannat,” the JKAHUC said.
Another 80 year old pilgrim from Tangmarg too passed away.
“Jannat naseeb Gulam Qadir Reshi ( 80 Yrs ) R/o Tangmarg, Baramulla was not
in good health since long , after offering Fajer at Haram Makkah Al
Mukarama and had breakfast with other fellow pilgrims in group. As usually went to his room for rest after Fajer. When co pilgrims tried to awake him for Zuhar prayers and to proceed Haram , found him dead . May Allah grant him highest place in Jannat. (sic),” the JKAHUC said.
