I-League 2nd Division:RKFC stuns Ozone FC by 3-2

Bangalore, May 24: Real Kashmir FC stunned favourites Ozone FC in the final round of the I-League second Division when it edged Ozone FC 3-2 at the FSV Arena in Bengaluru.
In the first half of the match, Ozone FC scored the first goal of the match through a penalty.But after sometime, RKFC came back after Nadong Bhutia scored the first goal with a pinpoint cross from Ifham.
Though RKFC dominated the proceedings, Ozone FC scored the second goal of the match in the beginning of the second half .Ozone FC kept the 2-1 lead till the last minutes of the game.
But RKFC turned the tables at the last moment by scoring two goals giving their team a 3 goal lead over Ozone FC’s 2.In the end, the Bernard sealed the victory for RKFC in the last minute of the game. RKFC won the thriller at the end giving themselves good chances to qualify for the I-league first division.
The next set of the final round matches will take place on May 27 at the same venue. Hindustan will take on Ozone FC while TRAU will play against Real Kashmir FC.
