Hyderabad: A warden has allegedly sexually assaulted seven minor boys in a school hostel in Hyderabad.
The incident occurred under Himayatnagar police station limits. The warden used to sleep alongside the victims and touched them inappropriately while they slept.
The accused has been identified as 32-year-old Krishna. The parents who came to know of the incident took up the issue with the management. Krishna was fired by the authorities immediately.
Police registered a case under the POCSO Act. However, the accused fled from the spot.
Police have launched a massive manhunt to nab the accused. Police suspect that he might have returned to his village. Teams have been dispatched to look for the accused.
