SRINAGAR, JULY 17: On the eve of commemoration of Ashura (10th Muharam), Director Health Services Kashmir, accompanied by senior health officers, conducted a thorough inspection of various locations in Kashmir Division to assess the healthcare facilities being provided to mourners.
The Director visited Chattergull in Anantnag district and various locations in Budgam district, where he took stock of healthcare arrangements at different locations. He interacted with senior citizens and Intizamia Committee members, inquiring about the services being provided by the health department. The feedback received was overwhelmingly positive.
The Director also inspected various blood donation camps organized on the eve of Ashura, encouraging people to donate blood to save lives, which embodies the true spirit of Ashura. He directed health officers in charge of facilities to provide the best possible healthcare facilities to people, ensuring that each individual receives dedicated attention.
This visit follows the Director’s tour of Srinagar and adjoining areas yesterday, where he reviewed healthcare arrangements put in place for 10th Muharam.
