Actor Dinesh Phadnis, known for his role in ‘CID,’ passed away on December 5, as confirmed by his co-star Dayanand Shetty. Phadnis, aged 57, had been undergoing treatment on ventilator support due to extensive liver damage.

Reports indicate that Dinesh Phadnis breathed his last at 12:08 am on December 5 at Mumbai’s Tunga Hospital. Suffering from multiple organ failure, he was taken off the ventilator on the preceding night.
