Srinagar, Oct 31: Director General of Police Nalin Prabhat today greeted people on the auspicious occasion of Diwali.
Remembering fallen heroes, he prayed for the health and happiness of police families.
“Light over darkness. Good over evil. Victory over defeat. Education over ignorance,” he said in his message.
