Srinagar: A day after Jammu and Kashmir recorded three Covid deaths in a single day, a 55-year-old COVID-19 positive patient with Cancer history, died at Sher Kashmir Institute of Medical (SKIMS) Soura on Tuesday morning.
With the fresh death, the total number of Covid deaths in J&K have reached 17, of which 15 are from Kashmir and two from Jammu region.
Medical Superintendent SKIMS Soura Dr Farooq Jan said that a 55‐year-old, COVID-19 positive patient from Rafiabad died of a cardiac arrest. He said the patient was admitted to hospital for some time now.
