SRINAGAR, SEPTEMBER 27: BJP National Executive Member and J&K Waqf Board Chairperson, Dr. Syed Darakhshan Andrabi, continued her village-level door-to-door election campaign for Idrees Karnahi, the BJP candidate contesting in the Karnah Assembly constituency near the Line of Control in Kupwara district. She addressed many public meetings and reached out to the local people by visiting them, informing them about the benefits granted to the local community by awarding them Scheduled Tribe status, which was previously denied by the dynastic parties of J&K.
In her addresses, she stated that after 2019, the BJP saved people from being killed daily. “BJP ensured peace on the borders and wiped out the terror machinery in these valleys. With the establishment of peace, tourism and other development activities thrived here too,” said Andrabi. She added that dynasts only offered sentimental slogans to the people but did nothing to empower them.
“Now, the Pahari community feels empowered, and this decision of the ST status will benefit the people here massively in the coming days. People have to intelligently analyze the manifestos of all and vote for peace, prosperity, and development,” said Andrabi. She emphasized that only BJP can provide better communication facilities, including the tunnel for the area. “People have decided to go with the futuristic agenda of BJP and vote for Idrees Karnahi in these elections, making him victorious so that the dreams of the people of this bordering constituency are fulfilled,” she concluded.
Meanwhile, BJP leader Manzoor Bhat and contesting candidate Naseer Lone today ramped up their door-to-door campaign in Bandipora constituency, engaging with residents and conducting public meetings.
As part of the campaign, Manzoor Bhat listened to the concerns of local residents, assuring swift action on key issues such as infrastructure development, youth employment, and improved civic amenities. He emphasized the importance of strong governance and the BJP’s commitment to fulfilling the aspirations of Kashmir’s people.
“The BJP is dedicated to serving the people of Bandipora and ensuring their voices are heard. Our door-to-door campaign is a testament to our commitment to grassroots connectivity and inclusive development,” said BJP Candidate Naseer Lone .
