Roles And Responsibilities
Lead analysis and develop solutions for automating processes using RPA/AI Tools
He / She will need to understand and build business requirements, design solutions, and work with partners, and IT to develop solutions to ensure that the solutions meet all the requirements.
Collaborating with business, operations, compliance, risk, and other stakeholders for collection of requirements and having the team build comprehensive BRDs.
Design solutions along with IT and Solution Providers
Track E2E Deliveries across all project stakeholders
Define Testing Strategy, guide team in testing plan/scenario definition, and oversee the testing execution
Oversee resolution of any critical issues and escalate where necessary
Drive the roadmap of RPA /AI Implementations
Role Proficiency
Knowledge of the banking domain
Should have good analytical and communication skills
Should be good at handling projects independently
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Skills
Business process automation implementing RPA/AI in the BFSI sector
Should have worked on multiple AI/RPA implementations
Education
MBA, B.Tech, Full-time Graduate (From top tier institute)
Experience
3 to 14 or 3-10 Years in Technology Implementations out of which at least 1-2 Years in Business process automation implementing RPA/AI in the BFSI sector
Should have worked on multiple AI/RPA implementations
Knowledge of RPA/Cognitive concepts is a must. Knowledge of ML concepts will be a plus
